Since 1995, our total quality management program has been implemented according to the most advanced international standards.
Quality management is the most important component of our organizational structure. Therefore, we dedicate all necessary resources (time, personnel, facilities, machinery, instruments), procedures, and processes necessary for the control and coordination of all activities, allowing us to satisfy all explicit and implicit requirements and to increase the level of customer satisfaction.
The principles of TQM require effectiveness, efficiency, prevention of errors, reduction of waste and non-conformities, and the consequent costs in the supply chain that result from "non-quality".
We have been certified by TUV since 2002, according to the Technical Specification ISO/TS 16949:2002 "Quality management systems -- Particular requirements for the application of ISO 9001:2000 for automotive production and relevant service part organizations". This is the current standard of reference for automotive parts manufacturers.
Our quality management system in Curitiba (Brazil) has been certified according to the ISO/TS 16949 standard since 2007, and that of Qingdao (China) since 2009.
